API and MCP terms

The public REST API, ranking downloads, and MCP server are free, unauthenticated, and read-only. Published data is available under CC BY 4.0: attribute TexasRatedPros, preserve the canonical source URL and as-of date, and indicate material changes. Server code and branding are not licensed under CC BY 4.0.

Do not represent a point-in-time ranking as an endorsement, warranty, or current licence determination. Respect the published 60 requests per minute per-IP limit and Retry-After responses. Availability is provided without a service-level guarantee.
